It is true that when young people are educated, skilled and able pursue their goals; society and economies benefit. SubC believes that everyone, regardless of gender, race or location, should be free to achieve their self-defined purpose. Every year we donate through Canadian registered charities to help young women get education in under-developed nations.

“Diversity in the world is a basic characteristic of human society, and also the key condition for a lively and dynamic world as we see today.” — Jintao Hu

As a small way to support this initiative locally we have sponsored two young women who compete at the Eastbound Speedway in Avondale. They have recently placed 2nd and 4th place at the first NASCAR Whelen All American Series; congratulations Olivia and Sara Thorne. Check out CBC’s coverage here.
