SubC equipment included in observation class ROV in Ireland

The University of Limerick (UL) in Ireland is utilizing a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) that was delivered by Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. to support the university's renewables sector research team.

Designed and manufactured in-house at Forum’s Kirkbymoorside Yorkshire facility, the Comanche 2,000 metre observation class ROV is equipped with SubC's 1Cam Mk6 UHDF and Aquorea Mk2. The Comanche ROV was selected due to its ability to operate in strong currents, typical conditions for the offshore renewables industry.
